Bingo Comes To The Nintendo Switch

The Switch is the latest games machine from Nintendo. It has been on the market since early 2017 and not only do you have the option of connecting it to the television, but also using it as a tablet, meaning you can play your favourite games even if someone is catching up on the soaps! Bingo is the latest game to be added to their line-up and it promises to be fun for the whole family.

Bingo has been released by Starsign and can be enjoyed by up to four players at a time. The great news is that you don’t even need to leave the house to get it, as it’s available as a digital download from the Nintendo store and it will cost you just £4.49, which we are sure you’ll agree is a lot cheaper than a night down the pub!

Nintendo Switch Bingo Game Options

As with all good bingo sites, there is not just one game on offer, so there is no chance of you getting bored. Nintendo Bingo comes with four different variations built in:

  • Buzzer Bingo – Four players scramble for the numbers as they appear on screen
  • Slide Bingo – Move the rows around to align red tiles into rows on your bingo card
  • Bingo Poker – Try to bingo using the tiles you start with and new numbers, but each time you take a new one, you must throw an existing one away!
  • Classic Bingo – As the name suggests, it’s based on the traditional game we all know and love

There is also one final more, using the Switch as a tablet laid flat and you play face to face against your opponent.

Nintendo Switch Bingo Graphics and Gameplay

As with all games, you’re not going to play if it looks dull and boring, so Nintendo have ensured the cards are bright and colorful and combined them with cartoon style graphics that will appeal to everyone. The gameplay is best described as basic, but there is not a great deal more you can do with bingo. We’re not going to sit and here and say it’s the most exciting game we have ever played, but for under a fiver you are guaranteed hours of fun and it’s not very often you get to say that!
