Playing A Fiver At Online Bingo

As bingo players sometimes our finances don’t stretch to spending loads enjoying our favourite game so we thought we’d deposit a little and see if we could make it a lot with one of the many brands available on the Internet. Would we get lucky? What was the chat experience like as we tried to make our fiver deposit last a full hour?

As we only deposited a fiver we weren’t eligible for a reload bonus from the site in question so we literally had just £5 to play. The clock started ticking at 3.15pm on a Friday afternoon and ended at 4pm when our money ran out.

Our first port of call was the “Freebies and Fun” tab which advertises “Free games, frolics and jackpots” but unfortunately the room was currently hosting a game with 10p tickets, not a price conducive to making our money last so we moved on to the 5p and 10p tab looking for something a little less expensive. We opted for the Five Alive 90 ball room and spent £1.20 buying 24 tickets for a 5p game.

The chat in the game was hosted by a CH Jubit but there didn’t seem too much actual “chatting going on”. We tried to get a little banter going about the Jubilee celebrations but no one seemed interested. The host just carried on posting their “way to go” macros and “welcome” posts. What was slightly confusing was mention on a “non-roomie” stealing a pot prize – how can someone who has purchased tickets steal a prize? Anyway, we didn’t get lucky, £1.20 lost. Time to move rooms…

Back to Freebies and Fun but no free games again, this time it was a 75 ball game with 5p tickets so we invested in 18 cards at a cost of 90p. Our balance is now £2.90. The host in this room was a CHC Matt and once again we tried to get a conversation going. The players were more receptive in this room and were happy to share their plans for the Jubilee celebrations with each other. However whilst we did address the host directly he seemed more interested in the players he already knew. Once again, no win. The next game in the room was also a pay to play game – still no freebie games. At this rate, at the lowest ticket price of 5p, we won’t be lasting the hour.

We waited for the seven minutes between games in Freebies and Fun to see if the third game would be a no cost one, it was finally – over 200 players playing for a £5 jackpot. Once again, a win remained elusive.

This made us wonder if maybe it was worth maxing out on a game to increase our chances of a win so we went on the hunt for a 5p 90 ball game. Our balance only allowed for 57 tickets so we went for it on a game in Five Alive, a win was definitely needed! Unfortunately it wasn’t forthcoming and just 45 minutes after making our five-pound deposit, the fun was over.
