mFortune Bingo Review
mFortune Bingo have done things a little differently than most online bingo brands; all the brands we have seen prior to this have launched an Internet based product and then moved into the mobile market, not mFortune. We were first offered their mobile product (originally called Mmm Bingo) only then to find the online version offered.
Landing at the online version of mFortune Bingo for the first time you’ll be greeted with a very busy homepage. It’s hard to know where to look first! The £5 free bonus offered by the brand is a great incentive to take your chances and register with them and it takes literally a couple of minutes before you are ready to step into their virtual world.
Registration is different from most online products in so far as you start with your mobile number rather than your name and address, we presume because the brand wants you to be able to play instantly on the go as well as online. As soon as the process is complete the bonus is in your account and your good to go.
Once logged in you are taking to a screen where you need to create your chat username and choose an avatar. You’re then taken to the lobby where you’ll see several different rooms. From the lobby you can see the room name, game type, ticket price, the number of players in each room and then the time until next game. At the time of the review, all tickets were priced at 10p each. The site currently only offers the choice between 80 and 90 ball games with prevalence given to the 90 ball game.
As soon as you enter the room you are offered two options for buying your bingo tickets; by strip or by ticket using +/- buttons. The room layout is not too different to that you may have seen at other online bingo brands although graphically, mFortune Bingo looks very different. To the left of your screen are you bingo cards and to the right your chat rooms. You can also see the prize money on offer in the game and the progressive jackpot amount.
mFortune Bingo online doesn’t really have all the bells and whistles that you will find at other brands on the Internet but it does offer a different gaming experience. It’s a bit “marmite” – you’ll either love it or you will hate it.
Our Verdict:
mFortune Bingo offers a great mobile experience, and an acceptable desktop platform, and are to be commended for their no deposit required welcome bonus offered, and cash match bonuses available on all deposits.However, reload bonuses are small in comparison with most online brands at just 10%. However, their graphics and presentation stand-out as unique in a marketplace full of skins and networked clones.
