A rather dapper looking butler greets you when you land at Butlers Bingo and the homepage is awash with details of the welcome bonuses offered for new players but are you going to get a first class service playing at this online bingo brand or be left feeling disappointed? The landing page is brightly coloured and well designed and as a Microgaming brand you will have access to some of the best online casino games as well as bingo when you register with this site.
Registration takes just a couple of minutes to Butlers Bingo and then you are asked to click a screen to claim your welcome bonus. This will automatically take you into the Friendship room. However you can claim the bonus simply by entering any of the rooms available from the bingo lobby. The bonus is not credited until you enter a room at Butlers Bingo.
There are limited bingo options at Butlers Bingo, just 75 and 90 ball games are available at the site and when you are in the rooms the layout is easy to follow. Your ticket buying options are next to the bingo tickets to the right of the screen with the game prizes showing above the tickets. The chat seems to be quite busy with players interacting with each other well and Butlers Bingo, like all Microgaming sites, offers audio presets that can be used. Whilst Butlers Bingo give a quite impressive bonus on first deposits we found that once our cash had been spent we were limited on the number of tickets we could buy on each game with our bonus money; additionally none of the big money games were available to us to purchase with bonus funds. This completely defeats the object of bonus money in our opinion because whilst other players with cash in their account could purchase up to 96 on the game we were playing, we were limited to just 24 despite having made a deposit to earn the bonus.
Promotions at Butlers Bingo are quite limited and like many Microgaming sites tends to award bonus funds for many of their promotions – a little limiting considering the cap they put on ticket purchases using bonus funds.
Butlers Bingo, like all bingo sites, has its pros and cons but to be honest, the limitation on ticket purchases with bonus funds shot this site in the proverbial foot in our opinion.
Our Verdict:
Butlers Bingo is probably the best of the Microgaming sites, and when it comes to slots you are spoilt for choice. The bingo just doesn’t quite tick all our boxes.
