  1. My last few visits have been really below standards. Things are so bad that both myself and my dad have decided to take our custom to club 3000. Firstly, the prize money is disappointing compared to other clubs around. Secondly, the attitude and the way certain staff speak to customers is awful. The caller thinks it is hilarious to pass off crude remarks to members whilst calling bingo and they also joke around with each other so numbers get mixed up and calls get missed as they are too busy messing around. I feel this club has really gone down hill recently. I think this is something to be addressed as management don’t say anything to the caller or other staff in the club and this is something that has been happening for quite some time now. My father has been a member many years longer than myself and we both really enjoy a game of bingo together. It is upsetting to think that we have to change clubs due to incompetent staff and poor prize money, it is really disappointing.
