Some of the staff are rather rude. Mainly the front desk staff and one of the dining staff who is rude and bad mannered to customers. Customers cannot complain to managers because nothing ever gets done.
Another brilliant night in Gala Wavertree. Brilliant atmosphere. Was worried about previous reviews but obviously untrue. The staff and management could not do enough to please the customers.
Brilliant Gala Bingo staff have been excellent with us when we go, the catering staff are also lovely, brilliant atmosphere by all staff, don’t be put off by past comments. Me and my family get treated with respect. We love going to this bingo, especially Anton, he is funny ha ha, and he’s got a lot of time for customers, keep up the good work Anton.
I love going to this bingo in Wavertree, brilliant staff and atmosphere. Food and drink staff are polite, all staff go out of the way to help you and make it enjoyable night. People reading past negative comments shouldn’t listen they should come down and see for themselves how good a night it is at Wavertree. Me and my partner love it there.
