Saddle Up For Western Bingo At Knotty Ash

Mecca Bingo in Knotty Ash are ramping up the entertainment levels this weekend with a Wild West night. We’re guessing that the event is to attract younger players as the star attraction will be a real bucking bronco.

Players will be able to compete to see who can stay the longest on the mechanical bull, hang on to your hats for that one, (Stetson of course!). Starting at 6pm October 15th in the Prescot Road club, there will be cowboy cocktails, country music, and the bar will be done out like a saloon.

Did cowboys drink cocktails? We doubt it, but authenticity is not what this weekend’s event will be all about, it’s more likely to be about livening up the evening and giving players a night to remember. We’re also guessing that there will be plenty of cowgirls at this hoedown, and being as this isn’t the 1800s, we’re expecting that the ladies will be putting in good competition for that bronco challenge as well.

Mecca Bingo is a large modern bingo club with seating for 1,200 patrons, and 100 Ebingo terminals, so plenty of room for a bit of fun. We’re hoping that the evening will attract some new players, and dust of that blue rinse image of bingo halls.

So, if you’re in the area this weekend, dust of your boots and hat and head off for a night of western bingo fun, and good luck with those Mecca prizes.

If you do attend this night of western wackiness please come back to this page (bookmark it), and leave a comment letting us know how the evening went as we’d love to hear how the event went. Thanks.
