We love all things bingo, so, it was with great pleasure that we offered our support to the artist duo Julie Henry and Debbie Bragg for their latest project B.I.N.G.O. After what looked like a whole lot of fun during the first opening at the London Art Fair, the duo went on to Forest Hill in June to exhibit again.
The duo have kindly provided us with photos from the exhibition opening, and also original photographs from the exhibition. The original photographs were taken during the artists’ travels around the UK in an exploration of the halls and the players. One of the original photographs. What appears in a player’s booth says a bit about the player. Some have their lucky talismans, others like this one show that the player is very much at home, and we’re wondering why there are so many dabbers?
