Isle of Bingo Review
Isle of Bingo opened in December 2013, another new Dragonfish networked brand from 8 Ball Games. Upon landing at the site for the first time you can see that little effort has been put into the aesthetics of the home page, hardly surprising considering the rate in which Dragonfish brands from 8 Ball Games were being churned out at the time of launch.
Despite the welcome bonus offered by Isle of Bingo, there is nothing on the home page to whet your appetite for the brand. In all honesty, had we not had to compile a review, we would have hit the back button straight away. That said, we could have written this review without even registering simply because we know exactly what we will find when we step through the virtual doors of this site.
Registration is standard to the network with the usual information required; your name and address, date of birth, email address and a username. There is a section for your financial details but you do not have to supply these details in order to play at the site. However, before a deposit is made you will only be able to access one room for a short time.
Once registration is complete your first port of call after hitting the ‘Play Now’ button is the lobby. If all the screens prior to this one weren’t familiar to you, you will feel right at home when you hit the lobby. It has the same layout as that available at all other Dragonfish networked brands and at launch, had nothing new or different to offer by way of standalone rooms.
You will find all the old favourites at Isle of Bingo; three variations of the bingo game (75 ball as pattern and five line games and 90 ball bingo) and the usual suspects of instant win games. There are also the same pre-buy guaranteed jackpot games and the network favourite of the £1 million coverall three times a week (although the top prize has NEVER been won since the game was introduced).
If you are looking for same old, same old then set sail for the Isle of Bingo but if you are looking for something different and exciting from your online bingo experience then this won’t be your treasure island.
