Bingo Lottery Review

Bingo and lottery go together like salt and pepper so it was only a matter of time before we saw a brand launch with the name Bingo Lottery. Both bingo and lottery have balls and if the right ones appear you can win cash prizes, this is certainly true at Bingo Lottery but you’ll find the million pound coverall just as elusive at this Dragonfish networked brand as you will at all of the others available online. Whilst the logo of Bingo Lottery is well designed (a bingo ball replaces the O of bingo and a lottery ball replacing the O of lottery) the actual home page could really do with some work. Whilst it’s in keeping with the main Lottery.co.uk page, it’s not exactly enticing or encouraging for new players to register.

Talking of registration this is standard to the Dragonfish network sites and whilst you are encouraged to enter your financial details at registration to Bingo Lottery, it is not a requirement and you can still enter the site even if you choose to ignore this section as this point.

As soon as you complete registration you have the option to deposit immediately or simply “Play Now” to visit the bingo lobby. The “My account” section of Bingo Lottery has been given an overhaul and looks a lot different to the other sites on the network – it’s just a shame as much effort has not been put into the home page design! Once in the lobby the only indication of the site you are playing at is the Bingo Lottery logo at the top of your screen. The lobby will have a familiar feel to players who have played on Dragonfish brands before and it is really simple to navigate around.

Bingo Lottery offers the traditional 90 ball bingo as well as two variants of the 75 ball game; standard pattern bingo and under the “Specials” tab you have Swedish Bingo which is a hybrid of 75 and 90 ball – it’s played on a 75 ball board but for one, two, three and four lines as well as a coverall prize. There are also a selection of instant win, casino style games available from both the lobby and when in a bingo room.

Bingo Lottery may not have put a lot of effort into the design of their home page, it could definitely do with a makeover and whilst the promotional offers at the time of the review are standard to the network, we can tell you that on occasion Bingo Lottery do offer exclusive promotions to their players. Previously we have seen the site offer its members the chance to win Take That tickets (Jan – Feb 2011) and the offer was only open to players at Bingo Lottery.

If you like the lottery and you love bingo then why not combine the two and play at Bingo Lottery?
