Bingo And Beyond Review

Bingo And Beyond has now closed – The review remains for information purposes.

The site launched in 2017, a part of the Dragonfish Network of sites. Operated by 888 Holdings this site is another one of the 100+ cookie-cut white-label sites on the network that boasts the highest number of white-label sites in the UK marketplace. The network itself was originally known as the Globalcom Bingo Network, before being purchased by 888 and morphing into the Dragonfish Network we know today. Or at least we did, as the network was purchased by Grand Battery Holdings in 2022 and is now run by them.

With a long bingo history, the software and network have honed their offering to the quintessential online bingo we know today. You can sign-up via their online registration process. Be prepared for some searching questions, as the company has had to implement strong KYC (Know Your Customer) processes due to previous failings. This means you will be asked a number of personal questions, including what you do for a living. Once you complete the process, you’re able to take your first steps into this platform and begin playing bingo.

You will need to register a debit card to make a deposit, or you can use one of the alternative payment methods available on this network. The cashier is straightforward, but please be aware that you will need to add any deposit codes you may have at this stage of the funding process. Set the amount you would like to deposit and check you have the right card number and make the deposit to get going.

The current sign-up bonus should be credited to your account for use, please check the current offers on the site to see the full requirements for wagering any bonuses. These white-label sites on Dragonfish tend to have a very user-unfriendly set of restrictions around what can be converted into cash, and how much wagering you need to do to release your cash bonuses, so please bear this in mind when you accept the welcome offer. I don’t think I have ever managed to convert a Dragonfish bonus into an actual cash-out in all these years of playing the sites.

The games are powered by the Dragonfish BingoS software, you get a lobby and can see current prices and player levels. Once you’ve cashed in, choose your room, buy your tickets and wait for the games to begin. These sites offer a range of different style games, from rolling jackpots to pattern bingo. You can play the standard 90 and 75 ball games alongside specials such as 52-5 bingo which is based on a pack of playing cards. There are free games available to players once deposited, as well as some for players who are yet to deposit.

The sites feature a big range of slots games, and often slots are pushed more than the actual bingo. Personally, I enjoy the odd little spin on the slots games, so it’s a bit of a shame to see that whilst the big names are well represented, there are some big gaps in the slots offerings such as the big networked jackpot games such as Daily Drop Jackpot and Jackpot King. There are a range of Jackpot games available, though, so it’s not a dealbreaker in that sense, just disappointing to not see my favourites available to play.

That said, there is plenty of slots and side games to enjoy from the likes of NetEnt and Eyecon, including such bingo site staples as Fluffy Favourites, Sugar Train and Starburst. These sit comfortably alongside other games such as scratchcards. Whilst the sites miss the sheer number of games and providers available at the big slots and casino sites, there is enough here to keep the average bingo player amused should they need a change from the bingo games.

The prize money is rarely as exciting as many of the big brand bingo sites, but this is offset by the increased chances of winning thanks to the smaller player numbers in the rooms. There is chat facilities available alongside the games, so you can have a good chat or moan as the games go. As these are networked sites, the current players in your room can be playing at any number of other sites in the network, so you may not be coming in from the same white-label store-front. This ensures there are always an acceptable amount of players on the site to keep the rooms spinning and the prizes available, albeit small ones at times.

The promotions are mostly the standard network ones, and frankly disappointing compared to other big brand sites. Currently the network offers a monthly 10k game where players can win either one of the top prizes, or a share of the remaining £5k left over from the main prize pool. The site did used to offer a £1m jackpot game, but this has gone now, which is just as well as I don’t think it was ever won, and the restrictions alongside the game meant you would be collecting prize money for years to come! Most of the promotions which are network-based are seasonal based and change on regular basis.

Whilst the sites are fine for casual players, the distinct lack of personalised white-label related promotions and community mean these site will remain also-rans. Okay if you like the simplicity and lack of variety, but ultimately disappointing if you want things to be a bit more exciting.

Our Verdict:

With a 100+ other white-labels sites offering the same bingo games and side games, there is little to recommend this over those other sites. No exclusive promos or games, no real community, and no real reason to sign-up beyond taking advantage of the welcome bonus. It’s fine if you just want a quick and simple bingo fix, but beyond that, you will be longing for something more in the long-run.
