Although we don’t know much about Premier Bingo Edinburgh, apart from its session times, we do know a bit about the venue’s past. The venue originally opened as the La Scala Electric Theatre in 1912. The venue doubled up for cinema and live performance, including variety. In 1974 it was renamed the ‘Classic’, and was later converted to bingo. Originally La Scala Bingo, at some point it was taken over and renamed by the Premier Bingo chain, who still operate it today.
