At the moment all that we know about Commodore Bingo apart from its session times is that it was originally opened as a cinema in in 1935 by the Cooper family, who also built the nearby Pallidrome cinema. Closed for film screenings sometime in the seventies, we are guessing that it went the way of many cinemas, and was immediately converted into a bingo club.
