I am a very good customer of Gala Top Valley, I go at least once or twice a week, and I spend a lot of money there. On Tuesday 29th of October I went to bingo, and chose to go on the wizards. I asked the gentleman for the early session and the mains, I also bought a set of early books too, when the game started I started marking off my books and realised I didn’t have the set on my wizard, I couldn’t do anything about this as I had to play the game and couldn’t miss out on numbers. I went up afterwards and he said he had given me the pot of gold instead and he was sorry. He then made me go back to my seat then wait back in the queue again so he could take the pot of gold and give me a special ticket. Instead, as a good will gesture for making me lose a chance at winning he should have let me have the pot of gold, I was so unhappy about this. I would also say the food I was waiting for last night was 1 hour and 20 mins, and then the burger was cold. This club has gone so downhill. Previous to these new wizards the old ones used to run out of battery half way through the game and they say that’s the chance you take! I am very upset with this bingo, no-one is jolly, it’s all sad staff. At Mecca it’s so happy and upbeat.
One thing I love about it here is you know the staff care . They are not there just to take your money . They genuinely care . I lost my phone dale helped me find it even leaving the premises to help me ! If that don’t show the staff care I don’t know what does . The place is always welcoming and fun environment I’ve only been coming for a few months and it really is my happy place ! Lovely place
