  1. On Thursday 01/07/10 whilst playing bingo at Castle my friends and I looked as a man called a £200 house and waved his ticket. To his and our horror the so called watchers carried on talking and failed to stop the game. Now we were right down the front not far from the watchers and we heard and saw the man. The game continued and the man lost his win, we were disgusted and told him and his wife to report it to the manager which they did. He said he would talk to us who heard him shout but by then alot of them had left but we did confirm the shout, but this Thursday they told them they would not pay out we are disgusted with this has it could happen to any of us so we will not go to Castle again.

  2. the staff are very friendly helpful and make you feel at home the atmosphere is that of a family run business not that of a chain of clubs and we are the luckiest club in Wales well done Merthyr team x
