  1. I went last Friday afternoon when bought the planet which cost me £25.50. The planet went wonky 3 times. A member of staff fixed it rather than give me another planet. I got a new planet myself at half time, by this time I was stressed right out as I had missed the full 1st half of the game.

I was given an apology & £5 off the planets the next time I came to the bingo, which I find disgraceful. I am shocked at this & might not go back as I paid nearly £26 just to play the second half of a bingo and was only given £5 off the next planets.
