Club 3000 Bingo Blackpool is a genuinely new bingo hall, purpose-built from the ground up rather than a conversion of an old cinema or existing club. It sits within the Festival Leisure Park on Rigby Road, costing around £5 million to build and opening in July 2023, and stands as Club 3000’s first ever new-build venue since the company was founded in 2006. The site itself has some entertainment pedigree, previously home to the Swift Hound pub next to the Odeon cinema, which was demolished in early 2020 to make way for the new leisure development, though the Club 3000 building itself is entirely modern construction. The wider Festival Leisure Park development includes around 498 parking spaces and sits just 325 metres from the Promenade.

Its opening was treated as a genuine occasion, with Coronation Street actors in attendance and general manager Sean Connolly describing it as a state-of-the-art, purpose-built bingo hall and one of the grandest in the country. It follows the classic modern Club 3000 model, a large, flat-floor venue offering traditional paper bingo alongside electronic play, licensed bars, food and entertainment facilities, with a premises licence covering live and recorded music, dance and films, positioning it as a broader entertainment venue rather than simply a bingo room. It remains open today, running daily sessions with an indefinite gambling premises licence in place from October 2025, and stands as a rare example in modern British bingo of an operator actually building a brand-new club rather than inheriting one with an existing history behind it.
