Oasis Bingo Belfast is genuinely something rare in the current UK bingo market: a brand-new club, opened in May 2026 rather than a reopening or takeover of an old hall. It’s run by Oasis Bingo Ltd, a Northern Ireland based operator already established with clubs in Cookstown and Bangor, marking their expansion into Belfast itself. The venue sits on Botanic Avenue, right beside Queen’s University Belfast and Botanic railway station, putting it in the heart of the university quarter and South Belfast’s nightlife scene rather than the traditional suburban or retail-park location favoured by the big chains.
The club offers proper staffed, caller-led bingo, with Oasis recruiting dedicated bingo cashiers and callers rather than relying purely on electronic play, alongside a gaming and amusement arcade area, following a similar format to the company’s existing Cookstown club, which combines traditional and electronic bingo with a gaming zone, bar and free parking. It’s a genuinely unusual story for 2026, an independent operator choosing to open a completely new bingo hall in a busy city-centre location, at a time when most of the industry’s news involves closures rather than fresh openings.
