The staff at the Aberdeen Mecca are very helpful and they go out of their way to help you, from the manager to the staff on the floor. I enjoy my time in the club.
I was playing on the slot machines and a Mecca Bingo member of staff offered to help, I refused and asked him to go away, but he stood watching over me. After I collected the winnings from the slot machine he checked the basket to see if I had left any money!
Me and my mum went to the bingo tonight and ordered our supper at 1840, everything was ok so we went to our table. After one hour I asked a managers why our food was taking so long, he said he would find out. Then a young man came and told us there was no chips so we had to get refund. We then saw people still getting chips so my mum asked and was told they was no Gourmet chips. We both were like ok normal chips would have be ok. We are very unhappy as did not even get apologies. So nothing to eat for us.
Four of us regularly go fortnightly. Over the past two months the quality of food has deteriorated. Last night our meal of Hunters Chicken was very poor as the chicken was dry/overcooked bacon burnt and chips cold. Not at appetising.
