Recently I received a phone call from Lisa Dobbie, a Director at Bingo Northern Ireland with regards to our review of their product. What I found really interesting throughout the conversation was how much passion for her product Lisa exuded. All too often in the world of online bingo the people making the cogs turn to provide your gaming experience are faceless with Customer Services teams knowing little about the actual product (of course, there are exceptions).
The reason Lisa had contacted us was that a customer had called her on her mobile, it is actually Lisa who answers customer queries. The reason for the call was our review which drew Lisa’s attention. This led to her calling me to ask how improvements could be made at the site as our Bingo Northern Ireland review is not exactly glowing, a step up the improved impression ladder for this brand. As the conversation continued, my impression of the brand and it’s ethos improved no end. Sadly the game play remains the same, something that still leaves a lot to be desired.
However, having spent quite some time on the phone with Lisa, I felt that the brand were worthy of another mention even if it is simply to tell our readers how impressed I was at the passion for the brand from a Director.
Shortly after the phone call I received the following email from Lisa about Bingo Northern Ireland:
Bingo Northern Ireland is a site for the Northern Irish people, who we feel are currently under represented in the online bingo world. There are sites for the English, Scots and Irish, but nothing for our community.
We are a NEW online bingo brand, but we are not new to the industry. Between the three directors we have been involved in the land based bingo industry in Northern Ireland for over 40 years, and built up a huge amount of trust with our players, and want to ensure we establish the same amount of trust with our online customers.
I think we are the only online brand where mobile numbers are posted on the site to ensure ease of contact and to build trust and confidence with our players. Our bingo rooms are currently mixed, to ensure good jackpots and plenty of chat, but we will be opening our own bingo room very soon.
