Sandie Goddard: A Game Of Bingo

A Poem submitted by Sandie Goddard.

A game of bingo, oh what fun,
when the working day is done.
Buy your tickets, grab your pen,
eyes down, look in, just say when.

Now the callers getting ready,
make sure your hand is nice and steady.
Here we go, first number’s out,
no, it’s not the time to shout!

Nearly there, money looks good,
should be mine, I know it could.
HOORAY! I’ve done it jackpot’s mine,
“Wake up Gran, it’s breakfast time”.
