  1. This place is disgusting! I walked into the ladies bathroom only to be confronted by soiled toilet tissue on the floor, covered in urine and faeces. I walked out and have not, and will not, return there!

  2. If you’re looking for a fun evening with the chance to pocket some cash, then don’t go to Gala Milton Keynes, you’ll probably be the only one there! The prize money is rubbish, usually around £5, £10, £20 for the main session evening bingo!

Do not eat anything at the cafeteria, it’s overpriced and the food is usually very stale or overcooked. The Bar is OK as long as you stick to anything out of a bottle, pumps are not cleaned and very often what comes out of them has been hanging around for ages.

Toilets are filthy (as is the whole club)…and now for the best bit! The staff at this club are extremely rude and will do nothing to help, they stand around talking and are not one bit interested in YOU or doing their job, the manager is just as bad so complaining to him will get you nowhere!

  3. To be quite honest, the staff are just there to chat amongst themselves. There should be someone standing on the far end to hear the calls and not just look at you when you call full house and the caller carries on calling the next number. Very annoying and yes you have missed out on winning. Yes the place needs doing up it’s a mess and no way would I eat there. Some of the staff look like they’ve been dragged through a bush backwards and some look like they need a bath.

  4. I visited the bingo hall last night for the first time in 20 years and I couldn’t believe how empty it was but found some of the staff to be very helpful. The prize money wasn’t very good but we were having a nice time. That was until I chanced the food (big mistake). I chose the chips as the meat, and the gravy dish had a thick skin on it like it had been sitting around all day and probably had.

So I thought chips and a sachet of mayonnaise would be a safe bet. Within 3/4 hours I was feeling poorly, with stomach cramps and violent wind, needless to say nearly 24 hrs on I am still ill with diarrhoea and stomach pains. This place is disgusting and I will be complaining. I should have taken notice of the other reviews on here. P.S the toilets are dirty with tissue everywhere and they even had the cheek to put out the “cleaning in progress” sign.

  5. The staff are friendly and helpful I always find but something needs to be done soon if this bingo hall is to stay open as most of the time its just about empty, and as I go there at least one night a week I can vouch for this. The toilets are filthy and its not the bingo staff at fault here its the cleaners. One time there was toilet paper on the floor in the disabled toilets for over a week in the same place but when I brought it to the notice of one of the hall staff they went in and cleaned it up imediately (not what they are paid to do as they are not employed as cleaners.)

Gala needs to do something to rectify the need for a deep clean in this club and do it soon. The carpets are filthy, the seats stink and although its years since smoking was allowed in here the ceilings are still nicotine stained can anyone at Gala head office say when this place was last decorated or don’t files go that far back?

  6. Hi, first time at Gala bingo MK, will let you know how I get on! After reading some gastly comments (which are old) surly things can’t be that bad, will post you all in tomorrow, if I win £30,000 you won’t here from me at all! lol xx
