  1. This bingo hall in Blackpool has been operating with the same family for 37 years. This was the original bingo in Blackpool, the rest tried to follow but aside from the corporate machine they call Mecca, The Empire is the original and very best!

  2. Excellent bingo hall staff are very friendly great people. Always made to feel welcome even after not visiting for a few months (well about 12). Everyone greets you with a smile.

  3. A very nice club. I was taken back the very first time I went in there in 2008 as it does not have the Mecca or Castle neons or stupid carpets but more of a working men’s club look to it. I was in the fruit machine arcade and was quickly welcomed by a member of staff. The prize money reflects the size of the club but there is good money on the link games. The food is fast and cheap and the mini cash bingo is a good price. It has a very social atmosphere and puts bingo back in the day when it was part of the community. There are not many clubs left like this one. The likes of Mecca and Gala have killed them off in other towns and cities across the UK. Well worth a visit.
