bgo Bingo Changes Bonus Offer

Wednesday, Oct. 17th 2018 3:10 PM

bgo Bingo have been offering new players to their site Candy Club points (CCPs) as the welcome bonus for a while now but recently they made changes to the new player deal available. Gone are the CCPs, and now it’s back to a match bonus with your initial deposit.

A code is required to claim the bonus as a new player at bgo Bingo and it is an easy one to remember. The code to use is BINGO and the bonus is £5 of bingo tickets. Now, with the minimum deposit required to earn the bonus being £10, that equates to a 50% match bonus, not the most impressive of offers available on the Internet today!

Was Blighty Bingo Setting A Precedent?

Bingo News

Changes To
ID Requests

When Blighty Bingo launched back in January 2017 we noticed something a little different in the cashier after we made a deposit. At this point we were informed that we had three days to verify our account [read more here]. This was done by entering either our passport or driving licence number.

A recent news article on the Gambling Commission website tells of how many operators are putting their licences in jeopardy by breaching conditions of their licence. This is linked to failing to meet anti-money laundering (AML) and social responsibility requirements.

15 Network

You may have noticed when logging in to your favourite 15 Network site that there have been a few changes recently. It could be that you have noted the new Fluffy A Day tab and even taken advantage of the free spins that you’ll find on offer if you’re a VIP, but what you may not yet have noticed is the introduction of the split wallet.

You may now be scratching your head and asking “what is a split wallet?”. Dragonfish Move The Bonus Goal Posts

Tuesday, Sep. 22nd 2015 7:01 AM

One of the things that we ensure we include on our bonus pages here at Playing Bingo are details of the wagering requirements and any pertinent information with regards to withdrawals. The reason for this is simple; we don’t believe that many of the bingo sites online today are transparent enough with these details, often hiding them away in Terms and Conditions that many players don’t actually read. As part of keeping the information up to date, we often spend hours changing details and that’s what we will be doing tomorrow as Dragonfish brands like Beatle Bingo are moving the goal posts of their bonuses on 24th September 2015.

The change won’t mean that you can’t withdraw winnings; it just means that you will have to meet the wagering requirements before withdrawing. This is something that Dragonfish brands like Beatle Bingo didn’t require before.

Withdrawal/Wagering Changes At 15 Network

Thursday, Jan. 16th 2014 7:00 AM

The online bingo market is constantly changing with brands competing to offer bigger and better welcome bonuses than their competitors in order to attract players. However, whilst big names battle it out to offer big money bonuses, the 15 Network have simply made changes to their withdrawal / wagering rules in an effort to be more player friendly.

Sites like our own Tidy Bingo no longer have specific wagering requirements on deposits that receive bonuses. For example, it used to be that there were 3x deposit + bonus received wagering requirements at the site, this has been scrapped and players can now withdraw at any point if they have wagered at least £30 at the site.

When Is A Big Win Not A Big Win?

Wednesday, Oct. 2nd 2013 2:19 PM

When is a big win not a big win? Interesting question and the answer is simple – when it is at Biscuit Bingo! We’ve long been a bit wary of the sites that use the Cozy Games software and for good reason. Although things are changing for the better at some sites that use the software, we still receive player complaints and requests for advice on quite a regular basis. The latest came from a player at Biscuit Bingo who had quite a substantial win whilst playing instant win games at the site.

We shall refer to the player simply as X. X had deposited quite a tidy sum at Biscuit Bingo and was pleased to almost treble his deposit whilst spinning the reels. However, upon requesting a withdrawal he was told that he could only receive a maximum of £250 per week from his winnings!

Payday Bingo Launches On WBN

Friday, Jul. 5th 2013 7:03 AM

When it comes to new bingo sites they appear to be a little like buses this month, you wait ages for one and then several all come along at once! Already in the last few days we have seen Stash Bingo, Bingo Stars and Heat Bingo open and most recently we have welcomed Payday Bingo.

Payday Bingo is one of many brands online today that are powered by the Cozy Games software on the Winners Bingo Network BUT, before you do as we usually do and move along, there are a couple of points to consider about this brand. Firstly the minimum deposit required before withdrawal is substantially lower as is the minimum withdrawal amount!

A Lick Of Virtual Bingo Paint, Is It Enough?

Tuesday, Mar. 19th 2013 7:50 AM

Every day the team here at Playing Bingo visit a whole plethora of different brands offering our favourite game on the Internet. We find the good, the bad and even the ‘OMG, what it that?’ and we bring news of them to you, our readers. As some of you may know from your own travels, there are a number of brands that could really do with a lick of virtual paint – the home pages at some sites are looking more than a little dated.

Having said that, some brands have had a bit of a spruce up but when push comes to shove, whilst the aesthetics may be better, scratch the surface and you’ll find nothing has really changed.
