WOWingo Review - Site Reviews

WOWingo launched in the spring of 2015 using software from Cozy Games, but this site isn’t part of a big network it’s become the second site to launch on the Lucky Duck Network, created by Game Village at the end of 2014. The first thing that strikes us is that the brands are so similar we thought we’d landed on the wrong site and players from Game Village are likely to find the two sites identical.

The homepage is fairly simplistic with details of what’s going on around site and information about upcoming games and of course the bonuses you can claim when you sign up for an account. There’s not really any great site ‘theme’, in fact the backdrop is exactly the same as Game Village and WOWingo doesn’t seem to have put ANY effort at all into looking unique!

We’re really reticent to even create an account as we already know what to expect, but the things we do for you bingo lovers! It is in fact pretty easy to create an account, you’ll need to register a payment method immediately. You can make a deposit using various methods including debit and credit cards, Neteller, Ukash or Paysafe card, so you have convenience at least!

When you’re all signed up and ready to play it’s time to hit the bingo rooms, there are 7 rooms open during our visit offering several variants of bingo, 90-ball, 80-ball, 75-ball and 50-ball. There isn’t quite as much on offer as other sites using this software but there’s enough rooms to get you going. What we do note is that there are hardly any players online, and the pot sizes are tiny! Add the small pots to large wagering requirements and we’re not sure we’ll ever have enough for a cashout. We’re not overly impressed with the bingo, it’s ok but missing all of the quality we expect from big bingo brands. The game screen is fussy, purchasing tickets is fiddly, and the whole thing just generally doesn’t have the sleekness we’ve come to expect from online bingo.

If you like slots and instant wins there are plenty of these to play too and you’ll find them under the games tab. There are slots aplenty, instant wins and casino games too, but like the bingo it’s quantity over quality and while playable the games are missing the pizzazz of some bigger software suppliers.

We all love promotions, after all they’re a great way of topping up the balance when funds are low, but the promotions at WOWingo aren’t very wow at all. In fact almost all of them rely on being a big spender, and given that the pot sizes in some rooms is just £2, we’re not sure how much you’d want to spend here.

We’re not really struck on giving bad reviews to sites, but we can’t find any reason to play at WOWingo. Wow it is not! The Cozy Games software already isn’t our favourite but the software is at least balanced out with big bonuses and free cash, however WOWingo doesn’t even have that and we’re struggling to find any reason to send you there. That said, I am only one person and this is my opinion, you may find yours is different.
