Sugar Bingo Review - Site Reviews

Sugar Bingo will definitely whet the appetite of any bingo player with a sweet tooth with gingerbread men and an abundance of candy adorning the home page. What we look at in this review is whether it actually offers something to get your teeth into. The site opened to players towards the end of May 2014 but there was no big fanfare. We’d heard tell of the impending launch for a month or two before it opened but when it did finally launch, it wasn’t with the bang expected.

The site is on of many online today that is under the Tarco Ltd hat which includes brands like Moon Bingo and Robin Hood Bingo to name just two. Sugar Bingo certainly boasts a colourful home page full of information about the welcome bonuses and deals that await you as a player at the site.

To start chomping on the sweet offers available from the brand you have to complete the online registration form to create account. This takes literally minutes with the usual information required. Just add your name, address, email address, DOB and a few other snippets of information before choosing your username and then you are ready to play. The minute you login you can access you’re my Account page which offers details of the bonus available, your transaction, game history and of course, the ability to redeem any points you have earned playing at the site.

When you are ready to visit the lobby and start playing, simply click ‘Play Now’. The Sugar Bingo lobby certainly has a different feel to it in comparison with other brands powered by the 888/Cassava software. You have your standard tabs in a horizontal navigation menu but for the usual bingo rooms (75 and 90 ball), you have to visit Love Bingo and then use a scrolling menu to navigate the rooms. Sadly, at the time of the review, it was not clearly indicated which room hosted which game. You can see plenty of information about each room like ticket price, jackpot and number of players – just not the game type.

Stepping in to a room, you will instantly feel at home if you have played at any other site using this software pattern. The layout is exactly the same with the call board/purchasing options to the left of the screen, tickets in the centre and chat over to the right. Game information is shown above your bingo tickets and instant win games above the chat room.

If you are looking for jackpot games then you really are spoilt for choice at Sugar Bingo. Visit the Bingo Jackpots tabs and you will find a sub menu with Easy Peasy (six £50 jackpots per day, 3p per ticket), Big Jackpots (several jackpots, one per day of the week ranging from penny to pound ticket prices and jackpots between £200 and £500), Mega Jackpots (bigger money games like the Self Made Millionaire, PayDay game and a couple of others) and Special Jackpots (a selection of special games with cards and bonuses as well as coins and cash to be won).

The promotional schedule for this brand appears to focus on the jackpots at this point in time but the brand had only just launched at the time of the review, and this could change.

Overall Sugar Bingo does offer enough for the healthy bingo appetite we feel but take a bite for yourself and make your own decision.
