Sparkling Bingo Review - Site Reviews
In April 2016 we were advised by RASR Entertainment that their marketing budget was to be cut and to stop promoting their brands. For this reason we have offered our players an alternative.
With a name like Sparkling Bingo you would expect a little “razzle dazzle” from the home page but you’re greeted by an animated bingo ball and a couple of ball room dancers, although the logo for the brand does have a little ‘sparkle’. Another Dragonfish brand but one with a slightly higher first deposit welcome bonus is what you get from Sparkling Bingo. At least their site promotes the most recent offers rather than the outdated ones we have seen at many of the brands we have reviewed of late.
The main focus of Sparkling Bingo seems to be the free games that the site offers; ‘over £6,000 free bingo’ is a true enough statement as the Dragonfish brands now host several free bingo rooms. One of the rooms is open to all players and offers jackpots of £1 on each game that plays every eight minutes, these are 90 ball games.
Registration is simple enough if you choose to sign up with Sparkling Bingo but as there is no longer a no deposit required welcome bonus you can skip through the financial details section although there is mention of losing a “registration bonus”, this is no longer relevant as the £1 free offer from Dragonfish brands ended in September 2011.
Once you have completed the registration process you are ready to play at Sparkling Bingo, simply click the “Play Now” button to enter the lobby. From here you can see all of the offerings that Sparkling Bingo have with navigation easy to follow thanks to a menu list on the left hand side of your screen. You can view details of each bingo room including the number of players in the room, the pot prize and the cost per ticket. The room layout is standard to the network with your ticket buying options to the left (these are replaced with the call board when a game is in play), your bingo tickets in the centre of the screen and the chat room to the left.
Bingo variety is limited at Sparkling Bingo with just three versions of the game available; you can play standard 75 ball pattern bingo, 90 ball games and in the Swedish bingo room (under the Specials tab) you can play multi-line 75 ball. However whilst the bingo offering is limited there are numerous side games available at this site, as with other Dragonfish networked sites.
Promotions at Sparkling Bingo are the same as with other brands on the network but they have a slightly better first deposit bonus, 150% instead of 100%. Other than that you know exactly what you’ll get from your gaming experience at this site.
