Smooth Bingo Review - Site Reviews

Smooth Bingo brought its product to the market in the summer of 2014, using software from Cozy Games. It claims to be smooth, but is this site sleek and wonderful, or a little rough around the edges? We headed over there upon launch to find out!

The first thing you see when you arrive is a fairly well laid out homepage. It’s not quite as rich on the graphics as some big sites out there, but it’s smooth enough at Smooth Bingo and it passes muster for us. Around the homepage are details of no-deposit offers and special bonuses, the games to play and the latest big winners at site.

The site belongs to the Live Bingo Network, and while creating a new account is really easy, it may not be so if you’re signed up to any other sites on the network as your usual username may already be in use. Registering your details and claiming your no deposit bonus takes but a few minutes but to receive the no deposit bonus, financial details are required, No money will be taken from your account unless you choose to deposit. When you do decide to make a deposit, there are a raft of payment methods on offer at Smooth Bingo including debit and credit cards, UKash, Neteller, Paysafecard and others, ensuring your experience is smooth and simple at all times.

Once you are signed up and ready to go, which should take no time at all, it’s time to head to the bingo lobby. The lobby screen is integrated into the main site and the rooms appear in list format. Use the tabs at the top to switch between bingo, slots and casino, and then find what you want to play in the list. If you’re looking for bingo there’s plenty to choose from with 90-ball, 80-ball, 75-ball and speed 30 available to play. The rooms are fairly busy with 90-ball taking the biggest share of the players (almost 200 in the main 90-ball room when we reviewed at lunchtime). From the lobby you can see all the game information you need and just hit the red enter button to get into the rooms.

Inside the bingo rooms you’ll find everything you expect with purchasing, instant games, game options, and chat. Smooth Bingo isn’t really living up to its name and while the game is acceptable, it’s a big glitchy, a bit rough around the edges, and chat leaves a lot to be desired. We’re certainly not intending to put players off, but this is more pound shop bingo than Mecca Bingo, although that comes with plenty of bargains, big deposit bonuses, free offers and BOGOFS on almost every game.

As already mentioned, Smooth Bingo also offer a selection of instant wins, slots, casino games, arcade games and more. These games are plentiful are there’s plenty of cash to be won too! One of the unique features of the site is that you can play many of the slots and games using bonus funds, but do be aware that these come with whopping wagering requirements!

Smooth Bingo looks nice enough, with plenty of games, variants of bingo, and a big selection of promotions, but it’s not quite Stevie Wonder smooth, in fact it’s a little rough around the edges. Definitely more bargain basement than a romantic old smoothie.
