Celeb Bingo Review - Site Reviews

Celeb Bingo is a name that conjures up images of glitz and glamour, but what a disappointment it used to be when you actually landed at their site! There was no sparkle, no wow factor and not a sniff of bling. However, in September 2015 the site had a bit of a major overhaul of their home page and the result was that the theme fitted the branding better than the previous design. The new look appeared to accept the fact that online bingo players just aren’t buying the idea of winning a million anymore, that not one player has won the elusive £1 million nor are they likely to. Instead the aesthetics took on a look of a celeb gossip magazine, a cross between a newspaper and glossy magazine like OK! or Hello.

From the moment you land at Celeb Bingo you'll know that this is a Dragonfish brand. The home page tells of the network promotions, the progressive jackpots available in the room and shows images of the Instant Wins available to play at the site. Call us cynics but we’ve seen it all before a hundred or more times over.

That said, with the change of design in September 2015, we saw an increase in the deposit bonus for new players. This new structure saw the brand split the bonus between bingo and games - something that is becoming more and more commonplace in the world of online bingo.

Celeb Bingo offers 75 ball bingo in two varieties; the predominant one is the patterned games but you will also find multi-line 75 ball games available. There are of course 90 ball bingo games as well. The lowest ticket price at Celeb Bingo, excluding those in the free bingo rooms, is 1p but to be honest these always seem to be quite limited. Having said that, without sitting in the rooms for hours on end, we may have just visited at the wrong time of day.

Promotions at Celeb Bingo are standard to the network and include free bingo games for both funded and unfunded players, a loyalty program, guaranteed jackpots daily, chat games, and a number of other things including the never won £1 million coverall games three times a week.

It is just another Dragonfish networked brand, there is no getting away from that but at least the home page doesn't look quite as dated as it once did and the promotional schedule has certainly improved since the site first launched onto our Internet bingo screens.
