Biscuit Bingo Review - Site Reviews

Biscuit Bingo first offered players the chance to ‘dunk’ their dabbers at the site in March 2013 when it opened on the Best Bingo Network (BBN), one of several that have sites powered by the Cozy Games product. Land at their site and you are greeted with a steaming cup of coffee/tea and a cookie being dunked advertising the welcome bonus of £15 free, no deposit required.

We were a little sceptical about registering an account with Biscuit Bingo for a number of reasons; the first being that we have accounts with other sites on BBN and know that this can be a bind as we may have to try several different email addresses before finally having an account. Secondly, is Biscuit Bingo going to require that we jump through a number of hoops before we get the advertised welcome bonus?

As we suspected, our first attempt rejected with ‘email address already exists, please try another one.’ It’s clear the brand is aware that multiple registrations are not allowed on the network so why encourage players to risk being ineligible for withdrawal of winnings for holding multiple accounts as per the sites Terms and Conditions?

Finally, after having to falsify name, address, email and date of birth an account was created but, like all of the sites on the network you have to validate your account before you can receive the £15 free! If you want to try Biscuit Bingo, you can use a login for another brand on the network to access the games but will not receive the welcome bonus.

From the Games lobby you can view what games are available at the site by way of bingo and slots. For bingo, at the time of the review, several variants were available. 30, 75, 80 and 90 ball games were all listed in the lobby. From the list we chose the 90 ball room and found a game in play as we entered. Despite being able to purchase tickets, prices for the next game are not shown.
If you have yet to deposit with the brand then you’ll find you are restricted on the number of tickets that you can purchase.

The room layout at Biscuit Bingo is pretty standard to the Cozy Games product with your balances above the call board to the left of the screen, your tickets and game information to the centre of the screen and then chat and instant win games to the right. Chat wasn’t really moving very fast and the host appears to be having a love affair with the smileys available!

A plus point for brands using this software is that the instant win games can be played using both the bonus and cash in your account. However, you should note that if you play using bonus money, bonus funds are what you will win.

When it comes to promotions, like many other brands on BBN, these are quite poor at Biscuit Bingo with nothing really exciting to keep you coming back. Add in the high minimum withdrawal amount of £50, the option to only withdraw once a week, only two withdrawal processing days and a minimum deposit of at least £25 before withdrawal and this isn’t a site we would recommend taking a bite of!
