BingOn Review - Site Reviews

BingOn closed in February 2014 and whilst the site itself redirects players to Bingo Palace, we have chosen to direct our readers to an alternative brand.

Landing at BingOn for the first time you can tell this site is trying to offer the player something a little different from their online gaming experience because whilst the site is Parlay Entertainment bingo software, they have plenty of extras available alongside the usual bingo offering. We were interested to see what ‘Mingle’ had to offer and basically it’s social networking via the bingo chat (if you can get players to talk to you or even the chat host) and via friends' profiles.

Registration to BingOn is pretty simple with no requirements for financial details at this point. However you are taken straight to a depositing screen after your account has been created but it is not necessary to complete this section unless you wish to look at all the rooms available. Without making a deposit you are only able to access the free bingo rooms at BingOn and these only remain available to you for seven days after registration. Before being given access to the free bingo room you must activate your account through the welcome email you will be sent.

When you access the free bingo room you’ll be able to play no cost games of 75 ball bingo but it’s slightly annoying that you can’t chat in this room. Chat only becomes available to players who have made a deposit so without funding your account you can’t get a feel for the community that BingOn have, one of the key features of any online bingo brand.

The bingo room is laid out with chat room to the left with a selection of instant win games above chat and your bingo tickets to the right. Above your bingo tickets is the prize money on offer in the room for the game you are playing and the bingo call board. At the time of the review there were just nine players in the 90 ball bingo room and we spent £3.97 on 30 tickets. The prize money for the game was one line for £0.96, two lines for £1.32 and a full house for £5.27 - not very impressive at all and winners' prizes, although shown on the screen as £’s, showed up as €’s. Throw in a bingo caller with a monotone voice and it really wasn’t a great experience playing at BingOn!

Entering the bingo room there was no welcome by the chat host and the three other players in chat weren’t very communicative. Not a great start by BingOn. The only time players spoke was to give the host their numbers for the chat game!

The promotions page at BingOn was quite dull as well with the welcome bonuses, membership scheme, refer a friend and loyalty scheme the only things showing! BingOn doesn’t appear to have many players and the prize money is REALLY low so this would be a site to visit if you are looking for something a little more intimate from your online bingo experience.
