Bingo Bytes Review - Site Reviews

When we first landed at Bingo Bytes we were a little confused because a look around the home page reveals numerous mentions of a different bingo brand, Landmark Bingo, but then it becomes clear that the two are linked by the same network and gaming platform. Bingo Bytes is part of the Live Bingo Network and uses the Cozy Games bingo software.

The design of the Bingo Bytes home page looks like a spaceship's dashboard but there is too much happening; too many rotating banners and images. The landing page is also rather dark; we prefer light and colourful.

From the moment it became clear that Bingo Bytes was part of a network on the Cozy Games platform we knew we were in for some issues. The first being that if you already have an account at another site on the Live Bingo Network you will have issues choosing a unique username. However unlike brands on the other networks using this software you do not have to jump through hoops to receive the no deposit required welcome bonus offered by Bingo Bytes, the moment you have signed up and included your financial details, the money is in your account and you are taken straight to the bingo lobby.

At the time of the review there were four rooms open at Bingo Bytes, each offering a different version of the online bingo games. There was Big Ben with its 90 ball games, London Hall with the 80 ball bingo, Buckingham Palace with 75 ball games and for those of you who like your bingo fast and furious there are 30 ball games in the City Hall. As well as seeing what rooms are open from the lobby you can also see the status of the game, the number of users in the room, the card price and details of any big jackpots being offered in each room.

Choose your room and click “Play Now” and you’re in on the action at Bingo Bytes. The room layout is standard to the Cozy Games software but where other networks restrict your ticket purchasing if you have yet to deposit, Bingo Bytes allow you to buy as many or as few tickets as you choose for each game.

Whilst Bingo Bytes doesn’t have some of the pitfalls of other Cozy Games brands there are still issues with them. You still can’t view the next game ticket price when a game is in play yet you are still able to buy tickets which can results in an over-spend. Additionally the minimum withdrawal, wagering requirements and withdrawal rules are still not to our liking and then there is the small matter of the chat hosts and their excessive use of smileys in the chat rooms.

As with many other brands on the networks from Chelbis the promotional schedule at Bingo Bytes is a bit on the poor side too with too much emphasis put on deposit bonuses and wagering rather than promotions with a little thought.

Bingo Bytes is better than most sites on this network but ultimately still makes it quite difficult to be in a position to withdraw your winnings.
