Another independent Bingo Hall has closed its doors over the weekend, as a direct result of the effects of the Smoking Ban. The New Century Bingo Club in Woolston, Southampton had its final session yesterday. Regular members at the club are feeling the loss keenly, and a number of staff were moved to a near by club whilst others took voluntary redundancy.
