Given all the news on the smoking ban recently, I forgot to mention that the ban is now in place in Northern Ireland. The ban came into effect from Monday 30th April and is expected to have the same impact on the Bingo industry in Northern Ireland as it did in Scotland. The ban is a month old in Wales already, and the clock's ticking to the ban in England - it comes into effect now on the 1st July 2007.
