Drat, a bit late for the actual event which was Friday the 22nd November, but it's still an interesting read. Veteran crooner Tony Christie performed at the Leeds Mayfair Bingo Club last Friday - the Leeds Today article looks at his connection with Bingo, from initially playing gigs on the Bingo circuit in the late 60s and early 70s to being so broke, he almost become a Bingo caller himself.
