Residents of the London Borough of Sutton could be in line for a 550 seater Bingo hall in their town centre, on the site of St Nicholas House, formerly the local Iceland store. The council have not yet decided if it's appropriate, but it's certainly a less controversial option than the lap dance club that was initially intended for the building.
