Ladies Rule The Online Bingo Adverts

The last couple of months has seen me becoming increasingly frustrated at the way online Bingo is portrayed as a female game. Not only that, many sites style their offering to appeal to ladies. In my mind it's very short sighted, and alienates a large portion of the audience. I've had a good old ramble on the subject not once, but twice, but it's not all bad news as there's plenty of evidence out there that men indeed like a game of Bingo.

Lost Bingo Halls Section

Since the site began back in 2005 I've covered the closure of halls on an all too frequent basis. It came to me that no one was creating a record of these closed clubs, and give my love of old Bingo halls and archiving information about the game at the site, I came up with the idea to make a section for all the closed halls, both newly closed and in the past. It's far from complete, but with your help I can build an invaluable resource of information on these lost halls.

£1million National Prize Won

Well, it took a good long while to go, but they got there in the end (partially by giving the award away whatever happened on a set date). The National Bingo Game's Big N didn't capture the imagination as they'd hoped, so they gave it a makeover and as a result, Christine Bradfield from Bargoed became the UK's biggest ever Bingo prize winner scooping a massive prize of £1.1million.

Expansion Of Bingo On TV

Just as well I recently got myself satellite TV, there's an ongoing growth in Bingo on the TV, on both terrestrial and satellite channels. ITV will be bringing Bingo to the airwaves with a show called Bingo Night Live - which sounds like the defunct USA show National Bingo Night. On Satellite there's a game called Bingolotto hosted by Joe Pasquale, and Big Box Bingo go the opposite direct with plans to take their TV Bingo online.

Wink Bingo are a brand new site, with an eye catching offer to get you onboard.
