Winners Bingo History And Background

Brandon Winners Bingo was closed according to owner Mr Waterman as a fiscal rationalisation. This is a common reason, and bearing in mind the what happened in Scotland as a testing round for the effects of the smoking ban he was probably right. He did also point to competition from online bingo as a factor which is something that may also be true, however, he is one of the few owners to point his finger at the factor directly, most other owners pointing to a 'raft' of economic factors.

Winners Bingo still operates in Thetford and Bury St. Edmunds, and hopefully they will survive the current crisis that is besieging land based bingo halls.
