Club Background And History
The Regent is located in the middle of Splading, so getting there shouldn't be a problem, and if you are driving then car parking is available. The club has disabled facilities, refreshments, and fruit machines. The club is located in what used to be the Savoy, a 1,500 seater cinema which opened in 1937. Bingo has been called at the Art Deco venue since the 1960s, and since 1970 has completley replaced cinema screenings.

Out Of Order
I have been many times and have had to put up with the rude and sarcastic comments a caller called Danny makes to other people, but this time he turned on me taking the p*** out of my disability. I will never go again.

Voucher Complaint
A friend brought a £20 voucher for his sister's birthday, she spent most on books but some was left over. When she asked they wouldn't let her have the rest, cash or for drinks etc. why should they keep her birthday money, no matter how small?

Manager's Comments
As the General Manager of the Regent Bingo Club in Spalding, I am very concerned as to the comments posted on this website. Despite the Club having over 50,000 visits per year I take all complaints and comments seriously.
It does on the Gift Vouchers clearly state that there is no change given, however had the issue been raised with either myself or Claire (my Assistant Manager) we would have ensured all monies could have been spent.
We take staff training very seriously, and do not condone any rudeness towards customers. However what does worry me is that if the staff member had been so rude why wasn't any of the Management team informed.
On behalf of all the team here in Spalding we welcome all customers old and new, welcoming comments and feedback, especially now that we are pushing forward and gaining ground on the bigger National bingo clubs.
