Some Concerns
Bingo was OK but I am very concerned about the conduct of a member of staff with regard to Health issues. On Saturday 9th May I joined the club whilst visiting with family. Late in the evening I visited the Ladies toilets but the toilet I used would not flush even though I tried several times. As I was washing my hands an employee came in and started writing on the recording sheet on the wall. I mentioned the non-flushing toilet, which she appeared to be familiar with. She got the flush to work and said that the handle needed to be pulled right round.
She wrote on the sheet again and headed for the exit. I stated that she would need to wash her hands as she had flushed the toilet. Her Response was "I have do to the others anyway", meaning the Gents etc I presume. I was appalled that with the current problems with swine flu and the general lack of good hygeine by some members of the public, your employee could blatantly ignore basic hygeine practies.
She should have washed her hands prior to leaving the ladies and each other set of toilets. She obviously hasn't watched the adverts detailing how easy it is for transference of germs etc. or read any of the leaflets etc. So obviously whatever she touched within your premises will have transference. I hope you urgently address the utter disregard for the health and safety of not only herself but everyone visiting your premises.
