Club Background And History
Acton Gala Bingo is located in the premises of an old theatre and offers bingo players the opportunity to play bingo everyday, and it regularly runs promotions to give you better value for your money, including free bingo - give them a ring to see when you can grab a chance to play for free.
Acton Gala is situated in the premises of the old Dominion Cinema. The Dominion opened in 1937, and was designed by renowned cinema architect Frederick E. Bromige. The building had not one but two 'fins', which contained curved glass windows. The interior was Art Deco, with 'trough lighting', and a cafe. Granada took over in 1946, and it eventually closed in 1972, after which it was converted into a bingo hall.
The club is located on Acton's main drag, it has a bar, diner, and slot machines if you fancy a little spin while you're waiting for the game to start. There are disabled facilities and 5 car parking spaces are available at the front of the club, as well as nearby pay and display parking.
