Rude
My complaint is not about poor service at the venue, or bad food because for all I know it might be top notch toptastic - I'll never know though because I will never visit the place because I was put off by the woman answering the phone when I rang up to enquire if there was any parking near the club, and to find out some other details. I was very curtly told that no, "I can't answer any questions about the club" , "No, I can't pass you on to someone who can", "No, there is no email address" and "No, there is no other way for you to find out information". She was the antithesis of a 'yes man', she was a 'no lady' who could probably enter into professional rudeness if it were an olympic sport. Shocking, honestly I'm dumbfounded by such behaviour.
