How Do You Add To A Person's Reputation?

How do you add to a persons reputation? I've been trying to do this recently as a way of thanking people for their contributions and I would like to know how I can add to a persons reputation please. There doesn't seem to be any plus signs like there is on some forums. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Sorry I just posted this then realised how to do it. I thought I'd let others know that to add to a person's reputation you need to click the silver trophy looking thing at the top of the box in the forum post. I hope that makes sense. Then you say what you liked about the person's post and submit it. Unlike other sites this one is really good because it allows you to make a number of posts whereas the other forums only allow you to make on plus rep in a number of hours.

Thanks for explaining that Mickie, I didn't know what reputation meant so it was interesting to find out how it works.

Your welcome I had a feeling that not everyone would know about the reputation. On other sites it is easier to find because it has reputation written on it and you just have to click it and it adds to the reputation. Reputation is where you give another person a point for writing quality posts.
