I cannot get my computer to work with this for some reason. I have tried to get it to work. I think my computer is having problems downloading the software. I am going to try it again shortly.

I tried downloading the software and found some problems doing it... I don't know why, but it gives me a wired error when I try to install it, is the problem in my computer or in the software it self?
