Ok - I was kind of wondering how it could be free if it cost money.

They still require a credit card though so it really isn't a 'free 15 pounds'.

Ouch - the best of the free offers don't require a credit card to play them. If you want free Bingo with out a credit card entry (and your from the UK) then try these: Bingoliner (£8 free), Littlewoods £2 free and there's more here.

Well, if they slap you in irons, we can always get a campaign going to set you free

You might struggle if you log in from the US though, whole IP ranges are blocked is my understanding.

Aw thanks!

Yes, the ip thing is a problem. There are ways to circumvent it but it's a pain to do too. Guess we'll just wait until Americans are allowed to be part of the rest of the world!

If they require your credit card, can they just deduct money from you at any time?

That's something that makes me very leary of sites I don't know a lot about. YOu don't seem to hear of it happening to people very often but I don't want to risk it with unknown companies. I'm that way about alot of online transactions especially after my Visa card was compromised by the whole TJMaxx fiasco. What a pain that was! But it was a pain for 46 million other people too.
