Playing Bingo At The 2nd Annual Online Bingo Summit

Well,I'm currently holed up in the Regent's Park Marriott on the eve of the second Online Bingo Summit. I thought I'd add this thread as some where I can drop some brief bits and thoughts on the event over the next couple of days for who ever's interested.

It kicks off in the morning - there's a few things I'm going to be paying particular attention to. Legal issues following the 2005 Gambling Act introduction and affiliate related stuff are high on my agenda. I'm also really interested in getting a few glimpses of any new software and mobile developments. It's a pretty full agenda - I'll drop by with more ahead of a more in depth write up for the articles section of the site when I get the chance!

Well, the summit has just wound up. I'm going to have a busy few days putting together some stuff about the sessions and themes. It was well worth attending and nice to finally be able to meet some of the people in the industry. I had hoped to post here as I went along, but I didn't have time.

Straight off, it was interesting to see that there was general expectations about the continued growth of the game online, and talk of developing markets around Europe for the games future. It also struck me how many opportunities there are for the big companies to expand there reach and feel. But, I will go into that more as time goes on...
