best site for a beginner

where would you suggest as a good starting place for a beginner to online bingo?

I started at Bingonanza - I was new to online Bingo myself, and found their interface really easy. Not only that, the chat room was really friendly and they helped me out a lot, especially with the extra games they play in the chat room. The prize money wasn't as great as some of the other sites I've seen subsequently, but so far it remains the one I would go back to play again.

Dio have you ever won anything there or on other Bingo sites? I've not really been lucky online so far

Yeah - I had a win my first go at Bingonanza, it was only a line, but it was a nice way to start. The last week I was trying out Ruby Bingo - I won a few times. Once again, it wasn't much, but for my initial deposit of a tenner, I got two nights worth of playing, plus my initial deposit and a bit more back.

I prefer the games with less players - I'd rather have three or four regular little wins than one big one, less often. I hit a lucky run at Ruby and won about 3 or 4 houses, and quite a few lines - it was a good buzz!

You could also try practising online bingo at a totally FREE site, such as mine! LOL

Alot of bingo sites will have a free pay section, so that you can have a practice and get used to their game. But generally they are a bit quiet and dull, with little chat or 'atmosphere' to speak of, because most people only go in them for a few minutes then decide whether or not to play the real game.

At www.freebingo.co.uk/?sid56 the entire site is free, and although we have various advertisers which we want players to visit, we do not have a pay to play section. Therefore you can play with lots of other people, ask the about online bingo and have a good chat, and get used to the whole online bingo experience before braving yourself to get out there and risk your cash! LOL

Bear in mind though, that the software used for each bingo website can differ, so if you try different sites you will have to get used to each software.

I'd suggest Virgin bingo. I think they're excellent.
