Astro Bingo - Locked Account Of User

Had this complaint via email today. A new player at Astro Bingo raised some issues in chat and found her account banned and her money gone. It doesn't sound like Astro Bingo have been particularly helpful and understanding here. They're welcome to respond to this thread about the complaint made against them.

i registered with astro bingo over 1 wk ago. My username is corkgirl on the site. Iwas having a problem trying to deposit my money and i asked some polite questions from the cm. I was told to contact support at astrobingo com, i then explained that the advertised tel no did not work. Another player named mouk replied that i was an attention seeker, when i replied that he did not know the full storey and i objected to his assumptions. I was warned that i was being rude, to which i replied that it was mouk who was being rude. Another player joined in , i think the name was benigirl, she asked me if mouk was being his usual self? to which i replied "I dont know hun" i was diasbled from chat with no warning and apart from this , my account has been disabled. and my hard earned money taken by astro, for no good reason.I have e mailed 3 times to no avail,not even the decency of a reply. I have begged them to peruse the chat, where anyone can see . Inever use profanities, nor am i a rude person, but i do hate injustice. Finally, i have tried 8 times to ring their advertised number, it does not operate. nor is it recognised.Is there anyone, who can look into this please, as i feel raided.
