This is definatly a site that needs investigating on its fair policy, you have the same players winning big, minimum withdrawl is £50 which is impossible to reach. I have been on this site and monitored it for good 6 months. Non depositing players win 70% of the time. I created a few different accounts and tested this.

I deposited £70 today and maxed every game to win nothing. I really think this site needs to be looked into.

Is there a place where you can have this investigated officially or is the only recourse just to pass it on through word of mouth or forums such as this one?

Hi Lion61, I understand you're annoyance, there's nothing worse than feeling the site you're playing at is ripping you off. I think though I can explain the problems you're seeing. On a number of sites that offer free money to get people playing, there will often be a lot more playing with the free money than without (unless its a well established site).

Unfortunately a lot of people abuse these offers of free money time and time again and there's little to be done. Out of interest, how can you tell at Harry's if they are playing with free money or not? I think the reason you're seeing that sort of high percentage is because there are so many new free players compared to the regulars like yourself. Personally I wish sites would do away with the free money and concentrate on giving good match deposit.

Also, maxing out cards doesn't unfortunately guarantee a win. Harry's is EU licensed, and as such has to abide be certain regulations to ensure fairness and randomness. I think the fact you didn't win on your £70 is simply down to bad luck. Without knowing how many tickets everyone else had, it's impossible to say you should have won. I've had bad runs like that myself (about 3 years once in my own Bingo hall )

As for the £50 withdrawal, that's pretty disgusting, but unfortunately all the sites on the Cozy Games have this ridiculous limit on them, and that's why I don't advertise them at this site at present. I have been planning for a long time to start a campaign for fair treatment to online Bingo players, and tackling stupid withdrawal limits like this is one thing I want to feature on the campaign.

Yeah I think sites like this can prove invaluable for those who are new to bingo or even those who have been playing a while and need to know what bingo sites to trust, hopefully in time more sites will be added.

It's good that you gave this warning though and I am sorry you have lost so much money. I think that is the chance you take with bingo though. I think it is important to remember that bingo is still classed as gambling and that you won't win every time. A simple rule of thumb is to stop when you are losing and never follow a losing streak. Follow a winning streak, but if you are losing too much it is time to stop playing and return at a later date.

Thanks for the warning though.

Hello Admin
Thank you for your comments if i was just a one off player than i wouldnt kick up a fuss, but i am a regular player on many sites and only this one came to light, i have been on this site for few months now. Non Depositing players come with a bald head in the user list, the depositing players have a crown. Once the winner is announced you can see who has won. The fact that " baldies" are always winning is always a conversation in the room that the CH ignore.

Myself and a few others put in many request to have them in a separate room but it just gets ignore.

Harrys is located in India, all the host are in India, half the time they dont know whats going on.
With regards to winning, i know i am not that unlucky to lose this much money. I seem to win fair and square on other sites, you win some you lose some but this site has its favourites.

I was always asking how many tickets people have and those who win alot only would use a minimal amout.

Check around the web there have been further postings on this site, if only something could be done.

I think them sitting in India are just out to make money.

I do want to and that I agree with Dio that I wish sites would stop with the free money. A lot of times there is stuff in the fine print that we just don't see until it is to late.

hi i feel i have to agree with this thread and have experienced harrys myself. i did win a few times on free money but as soon as i started depositing i won nothing. ive now joined both mecca and the sun where everything is alot fairer.you get bonus only when u deposit which i think is fairer. also there are other sites who have free rooms for new players which i think is a good thing also. im going to try crown bingo also heard good things about there so heres hoping. stick to the bigger sites the smaller ones i dont think are worth the hassle. cheers ally
