Default The Real Truth About Paddy Power

Paddy Power rips you off especially the newbie’s. When you make your first deposit they say you get 200% bonus if you lose 95% but they don’t tell you that if you win you don’t get it (You have to deposit your first amount 5 more times). So if you deposit £10 and win £4 (which I done) and spend it all you don’t get your £20 bonus as you expected.

I think that is disgusting.

Hi Noodle, thanks for your post. I've moved it to the complaints forum where it's best suited. I'm wasn't aware of that proviso with Paddy Power. Normally you should get your deposit up front straight away. Did you raise it with their support or anything?

Deposit five more times that is just ridiculous. I will have to remember that. Thanks for sharing this with us.

The more I read on about online bingo and other games, the worse it gets. Why do people continue to play online when they get treated so badly?

Hi there, I just have tyo say I play on Paddy and have loved every minute of it, the 200% offer is wager 5x your deposit not deposit 5x there is a big difference in those 2 words,
And I had mine,
Unfortunatley bingo sites cant please all playing customers, but I love paddys simply because I no that if I deposit £10, and only play £1 of that money and win £50 I can withdraw straight away! none of this wager 3x your last deposit etc, the money is mine! also if I have bonus bucks in my account I spend them before my cash, and Ive played a few sites and not come across that one before.
I guess each to there own?
Jack

I'm feeling similar. I play online occassionally, but I would be very wary about trying out a new game these days.

I have been put off online bingo because there are so many examples of players being treated unfairly, I do the National Lottery online but nothing else.

It's a different thread entirely, but I won't play the National Lottery any more because of I've heard such stupid stories about which organisations benefit and which are turned down.

That is annoying, but the good causes aspect is a bit of a con anyway. I just think of it as gambling, if I want to do the lottery from time to time I do so. If I want to support a charity or god cause I do so directly, not via the lottery. I have two or three that I support and I stick to those. Personally I resent being accosted outside the supermarket and in the high street by people rattling collecting tins.

I really think that it is a matter of reading the very fine print. Which can be hard to do when things are buried within a site.
